Is it possible that I have felt inspired to post here?
Matthew J. Morrissey Lawyers

Lately I have been sitting out on my deck wondering when Mother Nature was going to decide to purge humans from her playground. We do not seem to be doing such a good job playing with other children unless they look, think, and act just like us (of course, that means white, middle class, and conservative christian or so I am told).

Ah well, we will figure it out or die.

Animals do it better

Sure, I am thankful I am not a cat or dog or pig. Maybe I am some of those. However, there are times where I watch the animal channel and think, "Those lions and tigers and bears just do life better." (Oh, my.)

They eat and look like they enjoy it. No calorie counting. No treadmills. No gym memberships.

They have sex and do it often (okay, so not always true but allow for some playtime here).

They lay around much of the time.

Look, no deep thoughts here. I dig that I am human and can think and love and be this "higher" level of primate. Yet, sometimes it is nice to just exist. Existing is underrated.

The glow of what we can see but not touch

Much writing is being done as of late. Not here, of course. To the moleskin the words have gone. To other blogs the rest has gone. Just not here. No questions from the forsaken stretchingthought audience (and oh how you faithful have left your first love ya bastards--"I will get you my pretty," said one wicked witch). However, let us reflect on current childhood thoughts for now:

Star light, star bright, first star I see tonight. I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish, I wish tonight. We'll make a wish, and do as dreamers do, and all our wishes (all our wishes), will come true.

Disney still pimps all things pure and noble. I am reminded again of the power of the unknown and of taking time to breathe. This time instead of saying it I am in need of obeying it.

Oh, yes, happy birthday to me. Indeed. (It was yesterday. You are late. Money makes all things good, however).

Geeeez....I am on strike!

More bloggers should stike. If not for themselves for their readers.

Why should you ask for a criminal new york lawyers before answering any questions? If the police have read you your Miranda Warning, it means that they suspect that you might be guilty of a crime. Whether you are guilty, or completely innocent, or more likely somewhere in between, the reasons may be different, but you need the advice of a lawyer before you proceed through the mine fields, the tricks, the traps and the loop holes of the legal system. Your attorney is your guide through the system.

Crtiical thinking community

Interesting how thinking is rarely glossed in marketing.

Where have the hackers gone?

Most people know what "stfu" means or "1337."

Let's change channels. I heard a redneck use the term "bling." Hip hop must cringe. The time from Fringe to center might as well not exist.

Following the language that is all. Hacking is past cool. It is normal.

That is just language. However, we need another underground. The net is becoming crowded with madison ave.

Sexual orientation proved genetic

Oh, the spin and lines that will be drawn over this story:

"We have shown that a single gene in the fruit fly is sufficient to determine all aspects of the flies' sexual orientation and behavior," said the paper's lead author, Dr. Barry Dickson, senior scientist at the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology at the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna. "It's very surprising.

"What it tells us is that instinctive behaviors can be specified by genetic programs, just like the morphologic development of an organ or a nose."
